These Terms govern your use of the Cullinan Health website and services. By creating an account or completing an intake, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Services are available to U.S. residents aged 18+. Prescriptions are issued only after a telehealth consultation with a licensed provider and only when clinically appropriate.

Membership & billing

Programs are billed monthly. You may cancel before your next refill ships. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

No emergency care

Cullinan does not provide emergency medical services. Call 911 for medical emergencies.
