General

Do I need insurance?+

No. Cullinan is a self-pay membership. One transparent monthly price covers the visit, medication, shipping, and follow-up care.

How fast will I get my medication?+

Most patients are prescribed within 24 hours of intake. Medication typically arrives 3–5 business days after physician approval.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. There are no contracts. Pause or cancel from your patient portal before your next refill ships.

Is my visit HIPAA compliant?+

Yes. All communication, records, and payments are handled on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

Which states do you serve?+

We currently prescribe in all 50 U.S. states. A licensed provider in your state will manage your care.

Semaglutide

Program details
How fast will I lose weight on semaglutide?+

Most patients notice reduced appetite within the first 2 weeks. Clinical average is 5–10% body weight in 3 months and 12–15% by month 6, when paired with basic lifestyle changes.

Is compounded semaglutide the same as Wegovy or Ozempic?+

Compounded semaglutide contains the same active ingredient prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Your Cullinan physician determines whether it is clinically appropriate for you.

What are the side effects?+

The most common are mild nausea, constipation, and fatigue during titration. Your provider adjusts your dose to minimize them.

Tirzepatide

Program details
Is tirzepatide more effective than semaglutide?+

In head-to-head trials tirzepatide produced greater weight loss on average. Not every patient tolerates the higher-potency mechanism — your provider will recommend the right fit.

Can I switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide?+

Yes. Many Cullinan patients move to tirzepatide after a semaglutide plateau. We manage the crossover safely.

How is it shipped?+

Refrigerated, next-day, in tamper-evident packaging — free with every plan.

Hormone / TRT

Program details
Do I need bloodwork first?+

Yes. All hormone patients complete labs before any prescription is issued. Premium includes an at-home kit; Starter can use your recent labs or a partner lab.

Is TRT safe long-term?+

For appropriately selected men with clinically low testosterone, long-term TRT is well studied. Your Cullinan physician monitors labs and adjusts your protocol.

Will I need this forever?+

Most men remain on protocol long-term while their symptoms and labs improve. You can pause or cancel any month.

Which peptide is right for me?+

It depends on your goal — recovery (BPC-157, TB-500), body composition (CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin), cognition (Semax, Selank), longevity (Epithalon). Your physician recommends the fit after intake.

Are peptides FDA-approved?+

Compounded peptides are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies under physician prescription. Cullinan does not offer research-only peptides.

How are they administered?+

Most protocols are subcutaneous injections cycled 5-on / 2-off, or in 8–12 week blocks depending on the peptide.
